Refund & Cancellation

We thank you and appreciate your booking with us. Please read the policy conditions and process carefully to understand the information and guidelines about your rights and obligations. We make every effort to service the booking placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each Service. If the service is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors then the booking shall be cancelled and refunded.

Cancellation process:-

The Booking/Service may be cancelled for any of the following reasons:

  • 1. If time of service delivery you booked is no longer convenient to yo
  • 2. On customers request
  • 3. The address mentioned is not serviceable
  • 4. Any other reason beyond the control of Company.

Refund Policy:-
What about refund after cancellation?
You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected with verified Payment gateways (Razorpay,).We take anywhere from 3-7 business days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.

I have still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
Once we initiate refund till will take 3-7 business days, if you still now receive the amount, Kindly contact to your back with provided UTR/Transaction details.
